Scrap Class Lesson 3: Buckle

To make a buckle from scratch, based on a PSP tutorial. Using GIMP, I'm not sure I've got the right idea, as I used a different filter to what PSP has... but this is all right by me for now. Hopefully I'll improve with time, lol.
